Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An oral composition for inhibiting bad breath containing a Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews extract as volatile sulfide compounds removing agent except for conventional oral compositions is provided, thereby imparting long lasting and powerful elimination and prevention effects against halitosis. CONSTITUTION: The oral composition effective against halitosis comprises 0.01 to 2% by weight of extracts from the bark of Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews as an active ingredient, based on the total weight of the composition. The extract is obtained by the use of one or two or more solvents selected from purified water, ethanol, propanol, butanol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, ethylacetate and acetone. 본 발명은 구취의 원인이 되는 악취 유발 물질을 억제 및 제거하여 구취를 억제하는 구강용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 목단피를 유효성분으로 함유하는 구취 억제용 구강 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 종래의 구강용 조성물에 생약제인 목단피 추출물을 유효성분으로 첨가함으로써 지속적이고 강력한 구취 제거 및 구취 발생 억제 지속 효과를 나타낸다.
