Device for prevention untie tail-part in strip

PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to fix a coil using a spot welding machine after closely adhering a strip of the inner diameter part of the coiling type material and detecting the closely adhered strip of the inner diameter part using a sensor to prevent facility accident due to uncoiling of an inner diameter part of a coiling type material. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for preventing uncoiling of the inner coiling part of a coil comprises a segment transfer part(200) into guide bars(205) fixed by fixed frames(201) at both sides of which a moving frame(202) into which an elevation control element(203) is received is transferably inserted, and in which a moving means is connected so that the moving frame(202) and the elevation control element(203) are moved; a segment part(300) which is installed so that a rotation body(301) is connected to the elevation control element(203) by a bearing and rotated by a motor(208) connected to the elevation control element(203), a plurality of segments(302) split to form a spindle shape are transferably connected to one side of the rotation body(301), a diameter conversion means is connected to the inner side of the segments(302) so that a diameter of the segments(302) is converted, and an idle roll(303) is projectingly installed at one side of the segments(302); and a coil welding part(500) in which a cylinder is fixed to a lower base fixed to the inner side of the rotation body(301) so that the cylinder is connected to a cylinder base to the end part of which a cylinder is fixed, and a welding part frame to which electrodes are adhered is connected to the front of the cylinder. 본 발명은 코일의 내권부 풀림 방지장치에 관한 것으로서 그 기술적인 구성은, 고정프레임에 연결되는 이동프레임이 이동수단에 의해 좌,우및 상하로 이송토록 설치되는 세그먼트 이송부와, 상기 이동프레임에 고정되는 다수의 세그먼트에 직경변환수단이 연결설치되는 세그먼트부, 상기 세그멘트부의 내측에 전후진및 승하강토록 설치되어 코일의 후단부를 용접하는 용접부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 요지로 한다.
