PURPOSE: A device for preventing nozzles of a dispersion plate from being clogged in a fluidized-bed reactor is provided which is improved to prevent flowing ore from being dropped to the lower part of the dispersion plate, and adhesion of ore to the nozzle of the dispersion plate. CONSTITUTION: In a reactor in the inner space of which a blocking plate on which a plural nozzles(11) are formed is installed to perform reduction reaction of ore grains charged using a reduction gas, the device for preventing the nozzles of a dispersion plate from being clogged in a fluidized-bed reactor comprises a counterflow prevention plate(21) which is installed at the upper part of the nozzles(11) and rotationally operated around a rotation shaft(23) so that the counterflow prevention plate(21) is closing operated by its dead load; and a stopper(22) which is mounted on the rear part of the counterflow prevention plate(21) so that the stopper(22) is easily opened or closed even by a gas flow rate opening the counterflow prevention plate(21) to a lesser extent and controls an opening angle thereof. 본 발명은 유동환원 반응로에 설치되는 분산판의 노즐이 막히는 것을 방지하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세히는 유동환원 반응로내에 설치되어 하부로부터 주입되는 고온의 환원성가스를 분산하도록 배치된 분산판의 노즐이 환원가스의 압력저하나 다른 가스로 치환시 유동광석이 분산판 하부로의 낙하를 방지하고, 광석이 노즐에 고착되는 것을 방지할수 있도록 개선한 유동환원 반응로의 분산판 노즐 막힘방지장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 장입된 광석입자을 환원가스로서 환원반응시키는 내부공간에 복수개의 노즐(11)을 형성한 차단판(3)을 갖추어 광석을 환원시키는 반응로에 있어서, 상기 노즐(11)의 상단에 자중에 의해서 닫힘작동될수 있도록 회전축(23)을 중심으로 선회작동되는 역류방지판(21); 상기 역류방지판(21)의 개방이 작은 가스유량에 의해서도 용이하게 이루어지고, 개방되는 각도를 제어하도록 상기 역류방지판(21)의 후단에 장착되는 스토퍼(22)를 포함하는 유동환원로의 분산판 노즐막힘방지장치를 제공한다.
