A GRAIN CULTURE COMPOSITION OF INONOTUS OBLIQUUS A METHOD OF PREPARING THE ANTITUMOR AND IMMUNO-ACTIVITY POLYSACCHARIDE FROM IT AND THEIR USE

PURPOSE: Provided are a grain a culture composition of obliquus and a method for preparing antitumor and immuno-activity polysaccharide therefrom used as active ingredients for functional foods and health food supplements. CONSTITUTION: The grain culture composition contains mycelium of Inonotus obliquus Inonotus which is prepared by: mixing rice including brown rice, glutinous brown rice, black rice, glutinous rice or regular rice, and grain including barely, wheat, corn or job's tear; preparing a medium using the mixture raw or optionally roasted; inoculating Inonotus obliquus; and culturing it at 25-30 deg.C under dark condition for 15-30 days. Polysaccharide is prepared by the steps of: drying and pulverizing the composition; placing the pulverized composition into a tea bag then dipping the tea bag in water of 30-100 deg.C for 5-10 minutes to elute active ingredients therefrom; vacuum-concentrating the eluate; and spray-drying the concentrate to obtain mycelium-containing extract. 본 발명은 이노노투스 오브리쿠우스()의 곡물배양체 조성물과 이로부터 항암 면역활성 다당류를 분리 제조하는 방법 및 이들의 용도에 관한 것으로, 특히 이노노투스 오브리쿠우스의 균사체와 자실체를 곡물배지에서 인공배양하고 이 배양체 조성물로부터 열수추출 등의 과정을 거쳐 분리된 버섯유래 항암 면역활성 다당류를 제조하는 방법 및 이들을 유효성분으로 하는 기능성 식품과 건강보조식품에 관한 것이다.
