APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING POSITION OF PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION LANCE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling position of a pulverized coal injection lance is provided is provided to stably inject pulverized coal into a blast furnace by enabling centering of the front of the lance that is deformed due to red heat by moving the lance through a pulverized coal injection lance rotation device and removing solids generated during the pulverized coal injection. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for controlling position of a pulverized coal injection lance comprises a screw part(107) of a cooling tube(111) which is formed in front of the inner part of a pulverized coal injection lance position control device(100); a holder joint part(101) having a structure in which the cooling tube(111) is connected to a cotter(113); a sealing packing(102a) which is assembled to form a hot air blocking chamber 2(104); an other sealing packing(102b) which is attached between the hot air blocking chamber 2(104) and a hot air blocking chamber 1(103) to form a boundary therebetween; a sealing packing(102c) which has a boundary with the end of the hot air blocking chamber 1(103) as blocking hot air of the inner part of a blast furnace; and hot air blocking chambers 1 and 2(103,104) one side surfaces of which are formed on the outer side surface of the cooling tube(111).
