APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DISCHARGING SINTERED ORE OF SINTERED ORE WEIGHING HOPPER

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for discharging sintered ore of sintered ore weighing hopper are provided to prevent mixed charging of fuel and raw materials and maintain charging of sintered ore per grain sizes by preventing drain of sintered ore due to wear or opening of a gate when feeding sintered ore into the weighing hopper. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for controlling a discharge amount of sintered ore sorted per grain sizes fed into a sintered ore weighing hopper(30) at the discharging end of which a gate(30a) is installed and then discharged, the apparatus for discharging sintered ore of the sintered ore weighing hopper(30) comprises a magnetic force giving means for giving magnetic force to sintered ore(31) initially fed into the weighing hopper, wherein the magnetic force giving means consists an electromagnet(100) mounted on the lower part of a chute of the weighing hopper and a frequency variable inverter(110) for controlling a magnetic force of the electromagnet(100), the apparatus further comprises a weighing detector(50) for detecting a weight of sintered ore fed into the weighing hopper and a controller controlling the frequency variable inverter(110) so as to control a magnetic force of the electromagnet(100) according to the weight of sintered ore detected by the weighing detector(50), and the electromagnet(100) is built-in a box made of stainless steel.
