METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STEAM IRON FOR INDUSTRIAL USE USING COPPER BRAZING

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a steam iron for industrial use using copper brazing is provided to manufacture the steam irons in large quantities, and to minimize a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a steam iron for industrial use using copper brazing includes the steps of manufacturing a first floor plate formed by a pressing work and a perforating work to form a number of grooves and a second floor plate having holes cut along the grooves, manufacturing a central plate having a steam storing chamber and a vapor channel, inserting and spot-welding copper joining members between among the first floor plate, the second floor plate and the central plate, and inserting and connecting the joined ironing plates into a furnace to fuse the copper joining members using high-temperature heat.
