Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A device is provided to improve productivity by inserting the stand support in which a plurality of air holes are penetrated between grate bars that are lower surfaces of a sintering transfer car, thereby improving air permeability in sintering combustion and melting zones during sintering process. CONSTITUTION: In order to improve air-permeability in sintering combustion and melting zones in the process of manufacturing sintered ore by charging fine ore into a sinter machine, the stand support for manufacturing sintered ore is a device inserted between grate bars of a sintering transfer car with spaced apart from in a certain distance and consisted of two parts of a fixing part(10b) and projection part(10a), wherein the projection part(10a) is a hexahedron the lower part of which is wide while the upper part of which is narrow, air holes(10aa,10ab,10ac) are formed on five surfaces except the bottom surface, an entrance of exhaust holes(10bd) is formed on the bottom surface, an air barrel(10ad) an air direction separation plate(50) are formed inside a body of the projection part(10a), locking means locking the grate bars and exhaust holes(10bd) connected to the entrance of exhaust holes(10bd) are formed at the fixing part(10b) so that air flown into the air holes(10aa,10ab,10ac) is exhausted into the exhaust holes(10bd) through the air barrel(10ad), wherein entrances of the air holes(10aa,10ab,10ac) and the exhaust holes(10bd) are narrower than exits thereof.
