Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for purging nitrogen in a furnace is provided to purge nitrogen in a short time and save nitrogen incidentally by constructing a control system capable of injecting nitrogen into each sections and recycling nitrogen released to the outside in nitrogen purging of the furnace. CONSTITUTION: The purge control apparatus comprises nitrogen control valve parts(104) each of which are respectively installed in sections of a furnace, and which controls an amount of nitrogen when nitrogen is injected into the furnace; dispersion valve parts(103) which are installed on the upper part of the furnace, and each of which are respectively installed in the sections of the furnace; a retreatment device part consisting of a suction fan(306), a removal device of N2 de-oxo apparatus part(321), a dryer(322) which is an air dryer and a circulation fan(323); and a control panel part which is consisted of a condition part displaying current conditions of each valves, a mode capable of converting an operation mode into an automatic or manual mode; and a selection part capable of selecting each sections so as to monitor current O2 conditions, amounts and pressures of nitrogen injected into the furnace, and a purge lapse time. |
