Measuring equipment for run-out of a tire

PURPOSE: A system for measuring run-out of tire is provided to conveniently measure run-out of tire by standards and to improve reliability measured value of run-out. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a side wall measuring sensor anteroposterior delivery device(10); a first side wall measuring sensor vertical delivery device; a second side wall measuring sensor vertical delivery device; a thread measuring sensor vertical delivery device; a thread measuring sensor anteroposterior delivery device; a first shoulder measuring sensor vertical delivery device; a second shoulder measuring sensor vertical delivery device; a shoulder measuring sensor anteroposterior delivery device; and a thread measuring sensor(A), a first shoulder measuring sensor(B1), a second shoulder measuring sensor(B2), a first side wall measuring sensor(C1) and a second side wall measuring sensor(C2). The sensors are linearly and reciprocally moved by the delivery devices to measure deformation condition of threads, shoulders and side walls of tires. 본 발명은 완성 타이어의 런아웃(Run-Out)을 측정하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 이송수단들(10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80)에 의해서 각 측정센서들(A,B1,B2,C1,C2)의 상하전후방향으로의 이동이 독립적으로 제어되므로, 각 구성요소들을 지지구조체(100,200,300)에 완전히 고정한 상태에서도, 제품별로 공급되는 타이어(T)들의 런아웃을 모두 측정할 수 있게 되므로, 측정작업이 상당히 편리하게 되는 효과가 있으며, 또한 볼스크류장치를 각 이송수단들(10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80)로 이용하는 경우에는, 각 구성요소들의 설계작업이 단순화되고, 각 측정센서들(A,B1,B2,C1,C2)의 위치제어가 보다 정확하게 수행되므로, 런아웃 측정이 보다 정확하게 이루어지는 효과가 있다.
