Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An oil-free type emulsions composition containing only silicone oil without hydrocarbon-based oil and natural oil is provided. This composition has an advantage of having excellent storage stability, superb feeling of application when applied to the skin and having no irritation on the skin. CONSTITUTION: This oil-in-water emulsion composition contains 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of an acrylic acid-acrylonitrogens copolymer(Hypan SA 100H, Lipo Co.) as polymer emulsifiers, 2.0 to 40.0% by weight of silicone oil and 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of an acrylic acid alkyl methacrylate copolymer, but does not contain at all non-ionic surfactant, silicon emulsifiers and, oils except silicone oils.
