Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: Provided are microorganisms and methods for producing L-threonine. In particular, provided is the production of L-threonine using Escherichia coli strains in particular, which require L-methionine, are L-isoleucine-leaky for growth, are resistant to a-methylserine, diaminosuccinic acid, L-glutamic acid, L-threonine, medium containing 60% of L-threonine fermentation mother liquid(which contains more than 9.0% threonine), azetidine and dehydroproline, and which are susceptible to fluoropyruvate. CONSTITUTION: An L-threonine-producing microorganism, a strain of Escherichia coli, has characteristics comprising: requirement of L-methionine for growth; L-isoleucine-leaky for growth; resistance to a-methylserine, diaminosuccinic acid, L-glutamic acid, L-threonine, fermentation mother liquid containing L-threonine, azetidine and dehydroproline; and susceptibility to fluoropyruvate. It has the Korean Culture Center of Microorganisms deposit number KCCM-10168.
본 발명은 L-쓰레오닌의 제조방법 및 제조미생물에 관한 것이다. 특히 본 발명은 미생물을 이용한 L-쓰레오닌의 제조방법, 특히 L-메치오닌의 생육요구성, L-이소로이신의 누출성을 가지고 있고, 알파메칠세린, 디아미노숙신산, L-글루타민산, L-쓰레오닌, L-쓰레오닌 발효액 60%를 함유하는 배지, 아제티딘 및 디하이드로프롤린에 내성을 가지며, 플루오르피루베이트(fluoropyruvate)에 대한 민감성을 갖는 에스케리차 콜리(i) 균주를 이용한 L-쓰레오닌의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
