Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a double pipe is provided in which an adhesion part of the double pipe is stably cohered even though an external environment is changed. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a double pipe comprises a first step(S1) of forming a synthetic resin pipe in a double structure; a second step(S2) of inserting the synthetic resin pipe into a metal pipe after first step(S1); a third step(S3) of heating the metal pipe after the second step(S2) so that adhesive resin of the synthetic resin pipe is heated to a softening point thereof; and a fourth step(S4) of discharging air between the inner surface of the metal pipe and the outer surface of the synthetic resin pipe, thereby vacuuming the space therebetween after third step(S3) so that the metal pipe is adhered onto the synthetic resin pipe, wherein the synthetic resin pipe is made of adhesive resin and polyethylene, an outer layer of the synthetic resin pipe is formed of adhesive resin of polyolefin, the metal pipe is heated by a high frequency induction heating means, and the high frequency induction heating means uses high frequency, low frequency and gas.
본 발명은 관 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 상세하게는 금속관과 합성수지관을 접착시켜 형성하는 2중관 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 외부 환경이 변하더라도 접착부분의 밀접성이 안정적으로 이루어지도록 한 것이다. 본 발명은 합성수지관(1)을 접착성수지(1')와 폴리에틸렌(1")으로 복합되도록 2중 구조로 형성하는 제 1 단계(S1)와, 상기 제 1 단계(S1)후 합성수지관(1)을 픽업하여 금속관(2) 내부로 합성수지관(1)을 삽입시키는 제 2 단계(S2)와, 상기 제 2 단계(S2)후 고주파 유도 가열수단(3)으로 금속관(2)을 가열하여 합성수지관(1)의 접착성수지(1')가 연화점 온도까지 가열되게 하는 제 3 단계(S3)와, 상기 제 3 단계(S3)후 공기 흡입기(4)를 이용하여 금속관(2) 내면과 합성수지관(1) 외면 사이의 공기를 흡입시켜서 진공되게 하여 금속관(2)과 합성수지관(1)이 안정적으로 밀접되게 하는 제 4 단계(S4)로 이루어진 것이다. |
