HYDRAULIC TENDON FIXING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A hydraulic apparatus for fixing a tendon capable of re-tensioning the tendon after securing the tendon is provided by adding a hydraulic pressure to progress a piston then moving a locking nut to support the piston and to hold the progressed piston. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a body(1) consisting of a multiple of bored holes to secure end portion of a tendon by inserting the tendon into the holes and a cylinder(4) to receive a flowing stream and to generate desired level of hydraulic pressure; a hollow piston(10) to be inserted into the cylinder(4) and to progress forward by the hydraulic pressure; and a locking nut(13) mounted on outer side of the piston(10) to keep the progression state of the piston(10). The apparatus further includes a lock washer placed between lower end of the cylinder(4) and the nut(13) to couple the piston(10) and the nut(13).
