CONSTITUTION: An eel whose intestine is removed is heated with seasoning, radish, anchovy, liquid type salt-fermented Ammodytes personatus, liquid type salt-fermented anchovy, Zanthoxylum piperitum powder, chopped unripe hot pepper, garlic, ginger, refined rice wine, red pepper powder, fermented soybean taste, green onion, crown daisy, dropwort, minced radish and the like.
