FERTILIZER COMPOSITION USING NATURAL STONE POWDER AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a fertilizer composition using natural felsic stone powder such as quartz, K-feldspar and plagioclase as a main component, and paper sludge, which saves manufacturing costs, enriches acidified soil and prevents environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method is as follows: mixing natural felsic stone powder with an acid in a weight ratio of 1:2 - 1:10, and adding 0.1% of fulvic acid to increase the surface charge of the stone powder by hydrolysis, wherein more than 50% of stone powder such as quartz, K-feldspar and plagioclase has a size less than 0.074mm, and the acid is obtained by mixing HNO3 and HCl in a weight ratio of 2:1 - 3:1; adding organic material, dried paper sludge(0.2-2.0mm), as a nutrient to be a weight ratio of stone powder to organic material being 85:15 - 90:10; forming to powder, pieces, or rods with a circular or a polygonal cross section, and one or more of hole.
