METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MAGNETIC TRANSFER

PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration of the transfer quality due to the defective tight adhesion between a master carrier 3 and a slave medium 2 caused by the sticking of dust when the magnetic transfer of an information signal like a servo signal is performed on the slave medium 2 from the master carrier 3. CONSTITUTION: When the magnetic transfer is performed by tightly adhering the slave medium 2 with the master carrier 3 carrying the information by a magnetic transfer means 11 to impress the magnetic field for transfer, the plural master carriers 3 are prepared, and after the magnetic transfer is performed by the specified number of times, the master carriers 3 are exchanged by an exchanging means 12 and cleaned with the ultrasonic washing, etc., by a cleaning means 13. 마스터담체(3)로부터 슬레이브매체(2)에 서보신호와 같은 정보신호의 자기전사를 행함에 있어서 먼지부착에 기인하는 마스터담체(3)와 슬레이브매체(2)와의 밀착불량에 의한 전사품질의 저하를 방지한다. 자기전사수단(11)으로 정보를 담지한 마스터담체(3)와 슬레이브매체(2)를 밀착시켜 전사용 자계를 인가해서 자기전사를 행함에 있어서, 복수의 마스터담체(3)를 준비하고, 소정 회수의 자기전사후에 마스터담체(3)를 교환수단(12)으로 교환해서 클리닝수단(13)에 의해 초음파세정등으로 클리닝한다.
