Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing an acetylene alcohol compound by increasing the lifetime of a catalyst, which improves the lifetime of the catalyst by eliminating impurities from a ketone and a solvent, therefore a facility for regenerating the catalyst is not needed and waste is not generated. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: mixing a source for forming anions, the ketone containing -CH2-CO-CH2- group for eliminating metal components, the aprotic solvent, and acetylene; supplying the mixture to a reactor filled with an anion exchange resin of quaternary ammonium hydroxide and then reacting at -20 to 20deg.C under the pressure of 1 to 10kg/cm¬2. The molar ratio of the ketone and the acetylene is 1.0:2.0-15.0, the volume ratio of the ketone and the solvent is 1.0:2.0-6.0, and LHSV(liquid hourly space velocity) is 0.1-5.0. The source for forming anions is carbonate, bicarbonate, nitrate, phosphate, and/or oxalate and the aprotic solvent is dimethyl formamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, or N-methyl pyrrolidone. |
