Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Provided are a method for using phytase as an anti-fungal material, and an anti-fungal composition comprising phytase. The composition can be used for agricultural chemicals for suppressing plant pathogenic fungi, anti-fungal paints, plant nutrients, or their additives, food additives, and the like. CONSTITUTION: The phytase inhibits mycelium growth of, spore formation and germination of, and appressoria formation of fungi. It is derived from animals, plants, bacteria or fungi, preferably Bacillus or Aspergillus. The anti-fungal composition comprises phytase as an antifungal material. 본 발명은 동물, 식물, 미생물 등에서 발견되는 효소 파이타아제의 항진균 활성에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 파이타아제를 이용하여 진균(곰팡이)의 균사생장, 포자형성과 발아 및 부착기 형성을 억제하는 새로운 용도로 사용하는 것 및 파이타아제를 함유하는 항진균 조성물에 관한 것이다. 파이타아제는 생체와 환경에 무해한 효소이므로 항진균제의 주재료로서 다양한 분야에 이용이 가능하게 된다.
