Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A complex muscular exercise apparatus is provided to improve convenience of storage by adopting a simple foldable structure as well as to allow a user to easily unfold the apparatus in use. CONSTITUTION: In the complex muscular exercise apparatus, one end of a body support member(10) is connected to a frame(1) by using a hinge(10a) so that the body support member is rotatable between an upward vertical position and a downward horizontal position. A rotation support member(15) and a member(11) for lower muscular are installed under the other end of the body support member though a hinge(10b) and a hinge(10c) respectively so as to be rotated between a lower position parallel to the position of the body support member and a base vertical position.
