Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An aqueous disinfectant solution containing cetylpyridium chloride and sodium carbonate is provided which has detergency as well as an excellent sterilizing effect against common bacteria and pathogenic bacteria causing food poisoning. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous disinfectant solution contains 0.1 to 30% by weight of cetylpyridium chloride of formula 1, 0.4g/kg or less sodium carbonate and the remainder being water. The disinfectant is colorless, odorless and harmless to human body and sends no offensive smell to food and does not decolorize the food.
