Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method is provided which manufactures a guide liner with superior wear resistance, sticking resistance and impact resistance by appropriately heat treating the alloy element added spheroidal graphite cast iron after adding some of alloy elements to the spheroidal graphite cast iron. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a guide liner with superior wear resistance, sticking resistance and impact resistance comprises the processes of austenizing spheroidal graphite cast iron at a temperature of 900 to 930 deg.C for two or more hours based on one inch thick cast iron, wherein the spheroidal graphite cast iron consists of 3.0 to 4.2 wt.% of carbon, 0.2 wt.% or less of manganese, 0.02 wt.% or less of phosphorus, 0.02 wt.% or less of sulfur, 2.5 to 3.0 wt.% of silicon, 0.5 to 2.0 wt.% of nickel, 0.5 to 1.0 wt.% of copper, 0.2 to 0.8 wt.% of molybdenum, 0.2 to 1.5 wt.% of one or two elements selected from the group consisting of vanadium, niobium and boron, and a balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities; and tempering the resulting material at a temperature of 350 to 370 deg.C for 1 to 2 hours by rapidly cooling the austenized spheroidal graphite cast iron, wherein the rapid cooling in the tempering process is performed for less than 10 seconds. |
