Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing powdery extraction of cervi parvum corun through enzyme treatment. The powdery extraction has a good effect on sthenia, hyperthelesia, ataralgesia, hematogenesis and growth, is useful for the treatment of heart failure, and relieves fatigue. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: finely cutting 100 part by weight of cervi parvum corun then followed by adding 200-300 part by weigh of water thereto and heat-extracting it at 100-110 deg.C for 4-8 hours; cooling the extraction to 0-60 deg.C then reacting it with protease with shacking at 200-500 rpm for 30 minutes; filtering to separate extraction dregs and filtrate then drying and powdering the extraction dregs; concentrating the filtrate to 40-50% of solids; and adsorbing the concentrate and the dried extraction dregs to dextrin then drying them.
