Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A reticular bone implant and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the cost of manufacturing of the implant, and to adjust the size of a pole and the porosity of the reticular bone implant. CONSTITUTION: The reticular bone implant is made of bio-ceramics powder, and has a three-dimensional connecting structure of plural poles having a size between 50 micrometers and 2.5 millimeters. The method for manufacturing the reticular bone implant comprises the flowing steps of: forming a coupling agent by melting water soluble high molecular compound of 1 to 20 wt. percent into water; forming coating solution by agitating the coupling agent with the bio-ceramics powder; coating the coating solution on a porous polymer filter, and removing excessive coating solution from the filter by using a rotating roller or a centrifugal separator; and drying the coated filter at a temperature of 20 to 95deg.C, and heating the filter to sinter the bio-ceramics remained after the burning of the polymer.
