Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: Provided are an imidazolyl urea derivative of the formula(1) useful as an anticancer agent, its pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt or enantiomer. Also, its manufacturing method and anticancer composition containing it as an active ingredient are provided. CONSTITUTION: The imidazolyl urea derivative is represented by the formula(1), wherein X is O or S and Het represents radicals of the structural formulae, in which R1, R2, R3 and R4 are individually hydrogen atom, C1-C8-alkyl, C1-C8-alkoxy, C2-C5-alkenyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyl or C3-C6-cycloalkyl-C1-C4-alkyl, and R3 and R4 represent pyrrolinyl together with nitrogen atom which binds to them; R5 is hydrogen atom or phenyl or benzyl substituted or unsubstituted with 1-5 halogen atoms which are the same or different; R6 and R6' are individually hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy or hydroxy; and R7, R7', R8 and R8' are individually hydrogen atom, phenyl substituted or unsubstituted with 1-5 halogen atoms which are the same or different, or C1-C4-alkoxycarbonyl. |
