PURPOSE: A method for providing a service for printing pictures using the Internet is provided to increase the convenience of a user by performing all processes necessary for outputting digital images using a network without visiting printing companies including optical developing devices capable of printing pictures of digital images in order to output files of the digital images downloaded from the Internet.
