| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: Provided is a medicinal herb composition for treatment of atherosclerosis. The composition contains Atractylodes Rhizoma, Thujae Folium et Ramulus, Biota orientalis(L.) Endl and Glycyrrhizae Radix as an active ingredient and is useful as a safe therapeutic agent in atherosclerosis even though chronic administration. CONSTITUTION: The composition contains 5-7 part by weight of Atractylodes Rhizoma, 1-3 part by weight of Thujae Folium et Ramulus, Biota orientalis(L.) Endl and 1-2 part by weight of Glycyrrhizae Radix as an active ingredient, and can be formulated into powders, granules, capsules and tablets. Its dose is 1-10g and orally administered 1-3 times per day.
본 발명은 동맥경화증 치료용 생약 조성물에 관한 것으로, 창출(蒼朮; Atractylodes Rhizoma), 측백엽(側柏葉; Thujae Folium et Ramulus,(L.) Endl) 및 감초(甘草; Glycyrrhizae Radix)를 유효 성분으로 하여, 창출 5∼7 중량부, 측백엽 1∼3 중량부 및 감초 1∼2 중량부의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명의 생약 조성물은 콜레스테롤의 지속적인 섭취에 의해 유발될 수 있는 동맥경화증을 억제하므로, 장기간 계속적으로 복용하여도 부작용이 없는 안전한 동맥경화증 치료제로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. |
