Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Provided is a chirality conversion method in lactone sugar compounds, thereby effectively producing an intermediate of L-ribose or D-talose. CONSTITUTION: The chirality conversion method in lactone sugar compounds is characterized by reacting a compound of the formula(1) with secondary amine of a compound of the formula(2) then reacting the resultant compound with a compound of the formula(3) containing sulfonyl group. In the formulae, n is 0 or 1; R1, R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen, linear or branched C1-C6-alkoxy, C2-C-carbonyloxy, benzoyloxy or benzyloxy, represent isopropylidene dioxy or cyclohexylidene dioxy by binding two substituents among them; Q is defined as in the description; R' and R" are the same or different each other, represent linear or branched C1-C6-alkyl and form 4- to 7- membered saturated hetero ring together with nitrogen atom which they bind to; R is linear or branched C1-C6-alkyl, phenyl or tolyl; and L is halogen. 본 발명은 락톤 화합물을 2차 아민 및 설포닐기 함유 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 1,4-락톤(1,4-lactone) 또는 1,5-락톤(1,5-lactone)계 당화합물의 4번 탄소 또는 5번 탄소 키랄성을 효율적으로 전환시킬 수 있는 신규한 전환방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 키랄성이 전환된 화합물은 L-리보오스(L-Ribose), D-탈로오스(D-Talose) 등 고가의 희귀 당화합물을 제조하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
