Spent Fuel Cask Lid Handling Tool

PURPOSE: A spent fuel cast lid handling tool is provided to increase a handling safety for cover of after-use nuclear fuel transport container by enhancing the convenience of a coupling process of a cover, increasing a visual field during the process and optimizing its functions. CONSTITUTION: A pulling-up ring coupling unit(10) couples lid pulling-up ring of a nuclear fuel cast positioned in a loading pit to open/close a lid using an I-bolt type pulling-up ring in an after-use nuclear fuel transport container. A connection pipe member(20) connects the pulling-up ring coupling unit(10) to top of the surface of the water in the loading pit through an inner pipe and an external body pipe. A crane connection and open/close member(40) is connected with a bridge crane positioned on top of the loading pit, and operates the pulling-up ring coupling unit(10) through the use of the connection pipe member(20). 본 발명은 수중에 안착된 사용후핵연료 수송용기의 뚜껑을 안전하고 간편하게 취급하기 위한 수송용기 뚜껑취급장치에 관한 것으로서, 수심 약 15미터 정도의 깊이의 수중에 안착된 사용후핵연료 수송용기에 뚜껑을 안착시키거나, 뚜껑을 여는 뚜껑취급장비로서 지렛대의 원리를 이용하여 용기 뚜껑에 장착된 고리를 확고하게 잡아주고, 안착부분을 안장형으로 하여 체결위치를 손쉽게 찾으며, 스프링의 장력 조절장치를 이용하여 적정의 개폐장치의 최적의 미끄럼 구동력을 확보하여 뚜껑을 간단하게 체결 및 해체 할 수 있는 수송용기 뚜껑취급장치를 제공한다.
