Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for selecting fruits not damaged is provided to increase the reliability about the fruits as well as a farmhouse's income by classifying the fruits according to a sugar content, a color, and a weight in real time. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for selecting fruits not damaged comprises a sugar content determination part(10) for measuring a sugar content of a sample by using a near infrared rays spectroscopic analysis system; a weight determination part(20) for measuring a weight of the sample by using a load cell installed in an appropriate location of a lower end of a transfer device; an image processing part(30) comprised of plural light sources(33) disposed in a lighting chamber(32), and a CCD camera(31); and a calculation control part for calculating result signals from the components to determine the grade of the sample in real time.
