Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for preparing titanium suboxides powder with high thermal oxidation resistance is provided. The invented titanium suboxides is capable of keeping superior electrochemical property even in the temperature range higher than 400deg.C without reoxidation. CONSTITUTION: In the fabrication method of titanium suboxides powder where titanium dioxide ceramic slurry is granulated by spray dryer, and then it is reduced under hydrogen atmosphere, the present invention is characterized in that Mn 1-5wt.% is incorporated, based on the weight of titanium dioxide, in the titanium dioxide ceramic slurry.
