Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for preparing micro-clustered water and a synthesis device therefor. Generally micro-clustered water is composed of 5-8 units of water molecules. Micro-clustered water produced by this method has an interfacial tension less than 60 dyne/cm. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of micro-clustered water includes: (i) vaporizing water by a heater(10); (ii) passing vaporized water through variable electric field in a primary column(20) for giving higher energy than general vapor; (iii) while condensing the water vapor, irradiating ultraviolet rays of 540-620 nm in a secondary column(30) and applying 100-150MHz of alternating current; and optionally (iv) passing through a third column(40) packed with germanium for adding mineral.
