Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A system for transmitting and receiving a power signal and a data signal using two strand wires is provided to supply a power to a load and check a state of the load while transmitting and receiving a power signal and a data signal by using two strand wire and operate various types of loads by connecting them through one control module unit even if their power conditions are different. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of control module units(151-15n) is respectively connected to each load differentiated by each group of a plurality of groups, and check a state of the loads or transmits state information to a central controller(11). The central controller(11) transmits a control signal for checking a power to be supplied to the loads and the state of the loads to each control module unit(151-15n) through a transmitting unit(12). When the control module units(151-15n) transmits a state information signal related to states of each load in response to a state checking control signal to the central controller(11), the central controller(11) receives the state information signal and displays it on a situation board or the like. The transmitting unit(12) includes two strand wire, through which the central controller(11) transmits a power and state checking control to each control module unit(151-15n) or through which each control module unit(151-15n) transmits the state information signal related to the state of each load to the central controller(11).
