| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An on-and-off green traffic light with a down counter is provided, which enables a walker or a driver to walk or to drive a vehicle without haste as watching a remained time of the green traffic signal light. CONSTITUTION: The on-and-off down counter light is constituted by assembling an LED(2), an IC(3), a diode(4) and a resistor(5) into a board(1). The on-and-off down counter light is installed in a green traffic light, and the down counter light goes on and off in the sequence of 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0 10 seconds before the green light is turned off, and then the red light is turned on. The device repeatedly controls this operation. |
