HIGH VOLTAGE CAPACITOR AND MAGNETRON

PURPOSE: A high voltage capacitor and magnetron is provided to achieve outstanding voltage withstand performance in a humid environment and a magnetron provided with a filter constituted of the high-voltage capacitor. CONSTITUTION: Through conductors(4,5) pass through a capacitor(2) and a grounding member(1). Insulating tubes(10,11) cover the through conductors respectively. An insulating case(6) is provided at one surface of the grounding member. An insulating cover(9) is provided at an opposite surface of the grounding member. Insulating resins(7,8) fill a space inside the insulating case, a space inside the insulating cover, and a space around the capacitor. The insulating case is constituted of a mixture containing polybutylene terephthalate and an inorganic substance which contains glass powder and ceramic powder. The content of the inorganic substance is set within a range of 15 wt% to 45 wt% relative to the entire. 관통도체(4, 5)는 콘덴서(2) 및 접지부재(1)를 관통한다. 절연튜브(10, 11)는 관통도체(4, 5)를 각각 덮고있다. 절연케이스(6)는 접지부재(1)의 한쪽 면에 구비되어있다. 절연커버(9)는 접지부재(1)의 반대편에 구비되어있다. 절연수지(7, 8)는 절연케이스(6)의 내부 및 절연커버(9)의 내부를 충전하고, 콘덴서(2)의 주위에도 충전하고있다. 절연케이스(6)는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와, 유리분말과 세라믹분말을 함유한 무기물의 혼합물로 구성되어 있다. 혼합물의 전체 양에 대한 함유량이 15wt%∼45wt%의 범위 내에 있다.
