Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for sensing a pressure of a touch panel are provided to receive various request features such as a thickness of a line, a three dimensional expression, a change of a color, and a depth by a touch pressure applied to an upper plate of a touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film(208) is formed on a substrate(209). Four X,Y axes electric potential compensating electrodes(203,204) are arranged along four sides on the transparent conductive film(208). A signal applying wiring(202) is installed at a lower plate(201). A signal sensing wiring(206) is formed at an upper plate(205) and senses a location signal through the X,Y axes electric potential compensating electrodes(203,204). A dot spacer(210) is installed between the two transparent conductive films(208) centering on active areas of two substrates in order to insulate between the two transparent conductive films(208).
