METHOD FOR ALTERNATION REGISTRATION SERVICE OF COOPERATION

PURPOSE: A method for the alternation registration service of the cooperation is provided for the cooperation to commit the alternation registration work to a law firm without visiting by sending necessary documents to the law firm through the internet. CONSTITUTION: The cooperation accesses a web server for making documents necessary to the alternation registration through the internet(S31). The cooperation clicks the item of the alternation registration(S32), inputs a registration number and password for a login(S33,S34), and starts the alternation registration service(S35). When the cooperation fills up the documents on the web at first hand(S36), the web server displays the screen of selecting the alternation registration work(S37). The cooperation selects and fills up a desired alternation document(S38,S39). After the completion, the web server modifies the alternation document of the cooperation(S40). After the modification, the cooperation prints the relevant documents(S41) and sends to the law firm. The law firm notarizes a record(S42), punches the documents(S43), and submits the documents to a registry office(S44). Meanwhile, when filling up the alternation documents at off-line, the cooperation downloads and fills up the documents(S45,S46). After the completion, the cooperation uploads the documents to the web again(S47). The web server modifies and sends the documents to the cooperation(S48,S49).
