VAN System Using Internet

PURPOSE: A card payment system using the internet is provided to safely execute the card payment service through TCP/IP communication and high level encryption by composing a multiple system with a terminal and PC. CONSTITUTION: The card payment system comprises a card terminal(1), IniCPU(2), and IniServer(3). The information of every card and the payment are inputted through the card terminal. The IniCPU, a kind of PC, encrypts and transfers the data sent from the card terminal to the IniServer through the internet. The IniServer, a kind of server, decodes the data sent from the IniCPU. A standard communication between the IniCPU and IniServer is the internet. And auxiliary network is constructed using PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network)/PSDN(Public Switched Data Network) which uses private line, co-LAN, and ISP(Internet Service Provider). The communication between the card terminal and the IniCPU uses a RS232 serial communication which transfers the data encrypted by SEED_OFB/DES(Data Encryption Standard). The communication between the IniCPU and the IniServer uses the private line, co-LAN, ISP, PSTN/PSDN as well as the internet communication which transfers the data encrypted by SEED_CBC/RSA(encryption algorithm). 본 발명은 인터넷 망을 이용하여 각종 카드를 결제할 수 있도록 하는 카드 결제 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 다양한 종류의 카드의 정보를 입력하여 데이터화할 수 있는 카드 단말기와, 상기 카드 단말기에서 입력한 정보를 인터넷 망을 통해 카드 데이터를 처리될 수 있도록 하는 IniCPU와, 상기 IniCPU에서 전송된 데이터를 처리하는 IniServer로 구성되고, 각 구성요소들간의 전송을 암호화 하여 보안상태를 유지하고 결제 전용망이 아닌 일반적인 인터넷 망을 통하여 카드를 결제할 수 있도록하는 시스템을 제공한다.
