Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: Provided is a new artificial bone material that promotes generation of osseous tissue by combining a linear phosphate with calcium phosphate artificial bone that has been studied on and is currently being in use in various plastic operations or bone transplantation. CONSTITUTION: The calcium phosphate artificial bone contains a linear polyphosphate in a plain calcium phosphate artificial bone composition, wherein the polyphosphate containing artificial bone is biodegradable, the polyphosphate is contained in an amount of 0.001 to 0.05 wt.% of the total mixture, a chain length of the polyphosphate is 3 to 200, and the polyphosphate containing artificial bone is applied to treatment of bone fracture of each parts and bone deficient parts of the human body, operation of joints including total hip joint, total knee joint and total shoulder joint, or operation of spines.
본 발명은 칼슘포스페이트 시멘트에 선상의 폴리포스페이트를 함유하는 생체적합적 골재생을 촉진하는 칼슘포스페이트 인조골(Artificial bone)을 그 내용으로 한다. 본 발명에서 상기 폴리포스페이트는 전체 혼합물 중 0.001∼0.05중량%가 함유되어질 수 있으며, 상기 폴리포스페이트의 사슬길이는 3∼200인 것이 바람직하다. 본 발명에 의한 폴리포스페이트 함유 인조골(Artificial bone)은 인체 각 부위의 골절 또는 골 결손 부위 치료, 고관절·슬관절·견관절 등의 인공관절 치환술과, 척추수술 등에서 사용되어지는 골 시멘트, 동종골, 자가골 등을 대신하는 생체적합적 골재생을 촉진하는 대체물질로 유용할 뿐 아니라, 인체에 무해하고, 화학적으로 안정성이 있고, 생분해적이며 경제성도 뛰어나 제조 가격면에서 매우 탁월한 장점이 있다. |
