CONSTITUTION: A healthy food composition preventing a cold is composed of Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg of 5-25 wt.%, Rubi Fructus of 5-25 wt.%, terrapin powder of 5-25 wt.%, Crataegi Fructus of 3-10 wt.%, Rehmanniae Radix Preparata of 3-10 wt.%, bovine liver powder of 3-10 wt.%, licorice of 3-10 wt.%, jujube of 3-10 wt.%, Lilium cernum KOMAROV powder of 1- 5 wt.%, powdered vitamin A of 0.01-0.05 wt.%, Vitamin C of 5-30 wt.%, Vitamin E of 3-10 wt.%, selenum of 0.2 -0.5 wt.%, and zinc of 1-5 wt.%. 본 발명은 하수오, 복분자, 자라분말, 산사자, 숙지황, 소간장분말, 감초, 대추, 송엽분말을 필수성분으로 하고 비타민 A, 비타민 C, 비타민 E , 셀레늄, 아연을 임의성분으로 하는 감기예방에 효과가 있는 기능성 식품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 인플루엔자 바이러스의 억제 효과가 탁월하고 또한 세포 독성이 거의 없어 식품으로도 상용이 가능하다.
