Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A flexible hose is provided to obtain sufficient strength while maintaining permeability. CONSTITUTION: In a flexible hose(6) constructed by helical winding, the hose is integrally constructed by helical winding. Herein, permeable tapes(5) made of non-woven or woven fabrics are interposed between the edge segments of a tape(1) made of resin. The permeable tapes are wound to precede and succeed consecutively in longitudinal direction of the hose. The flexible hose having permeability is used as an outer pipe of a double pipe. Thereby, the flexible hose is used as an exhaust circulation type cleaner hose. In addition, the flexible hose is prevented from being worn away by friction by adding smoothness to the inside of an outer pipe or the outside of an inner pipe.
