CONSTITUTION: A database is composed of all sorts of video information and text information(1). A user registers information in the database(2). The user searches the information registered through key words(3). The user checks various possibilities using data and has the virtual experience(4). The user inquires of a registerer about additional information(5). The user makes a valuer a request for estimating the information(6).In case that the user wants to make a contract, the contract is authenticated(7). In case that the registerer wants to make the contract, the contract is authenticated(8). The price is paid according as the conditions of the contract are executed(9).
