FRAME OF ASSEMBLY TYPE DISPLAY STAND USING CIRCULAR PIPE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A frame of an assembly type display stand using a circular pipe and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reinforce strength of the frame itself, improves usage property and stably display articles by manufacturing the frame used in the assembly type display stand into a frame having a "T" shaped cross-section using a circular pipe. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the frame of an assembly type display stand using a circular pipe comprises a preparation step of preparing a circular metallic pipe as a material (A); a base forming step of rolling processing the outer circumferential surface of the material (A) with a pair of base forming rolls having reciprocally equivalent forming grooves; an intermediate forming step of performing a process in which the base formed material (A) is rolling processed as passing through forming rolls consisting of female and male forming rolls in multistage; a finishing step of the intermediate formed material into a double "T" shaped frame by alternately installing upper, lower, left and right forming rolls in a perpendicular direction; and a coating step of coating the outer surface of the formed frame.
