Tunnel-typed baking furnace and the seperation method for cleaning thereof

PURPOSE: A tunnel type baking furnace and a method for separating the same for cleaning are provided to efficiently secure internal space by improving the structure so that the lower part of the furnace can be easily detached, and minimize the operation stopping time of the furnace. CONSTITUTION: In a tunnel type baking furnace comprising a plurality of heat treating space parts (15) for continuously carrying out heat treatment process, and a conveyor (12) which is installed on the space parts (15), wherein a target material to be heat treated is heat treated as it is being transferred on the conveyor, the tunnel type baking furnace further comprises a plurality of upper and lower insulating materials (13,14) which are continuously installed at the upper and lower parts of the conveyor (12); and a separating part (16) in which each unit lower insulating materials are separated by a lifting means (23) which is installed movably to the downward direction of the lower insulating material. The method for separating the tunnel type baking furnace for cleaning comprises the steps of moving a lifting means to the position corresponding to the separating part that is separably linked to the lower insulating material along a guide rail installed at the lower part of the baking furnace; lifting a lift installed at the lifting means and fixing the separating part onto the resting part installed at the end part of the lift; releasing the linking means of the fixed separating part; and securing the heat treating space part by descending the lift and moving the lifting means to one side inside the furnace along the guide rail. 터널식 소성로와 소제를 위한 이의 분리방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 연속적으로 열처리 공정을 수행할 수 있도록 다수개의 열처리 공간부를 가지고 있으며, 상기 공간부에 설치된 컨베이어상에 열처리하고자 하는 대상물이 이송되면서 열처리가 가능하고, 상기 열처리 공간부의 상하부에 단열재가 설치된 소제를 위한 터널식 소성로의 분리 방법에 있어서, 상기 소성로의 하부에 설치된 가이드 레일을 따라서 승강 수단을 하부 단열재와 분리가능하게 결합되는 분리부와 상응하는 위치에 이동시키는 단계와, 상기 승강 수단에 구비된 리프터를 상승시키고, 상기 리프터의 단부에 설치된 안착부상에 분리부를 고정시키는 단계와, 상기 고정된 분리부의 결합 수단을 해제시키는 단계 및 상기 리프터를 하강시키고, 상기 승강 수단을 가이드 레일을 따라 로내의 일측에 이동시켜 상기 열처리 공간부를 확보하는 단계;를 포함한다.
