Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An enzyme immuno assay of malaria by detecting malaria specific immunoglobulin M, a diagnosis reagent, and a diagnosis method are provided, thereby the infection of malaria can be easily diagnosed. CONSTITUTION: The enzyme immuno assay of malaria comprises the steps of: fixing anti-human immunoglobulin M(IgM) antibody on the supporter; treating the antibody-coated supporter with serum or blood plasma to bind IgM with the antibody; adding a mark antigen conjugator to react it with the fixed IgM; and analyzing the infection of malaria using the mark antigen conjugator bound with IgM, in which the antigen of mark antigen conjugator, i.e. malaria diagnosis reagent is the whole or part of c-terminal region of merozoite surface protein in Plasmodium vivax. 본 발명은 말라리아를 혈청학적으로 진단하기 위한 면역학적 측정방법, 진단시약 및 진단방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 말라리아 원충에 대한 IgM 를 검출하는 말라리아의 면역학적 측정방법, 진단시약 및 진단방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 말라리아의 면역학적 측정방법, 진단시약 및 진단방법은 혈액내 말라리아 특이 IgM를 검출하는 것을 이용하여 말라리아를 조기에 진단하는 데에 유용하며, 현재의 말라리아 환자와 과거 병력자를 구별하여 말라리아를 진단하는 데에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
