Plastics including powder of calcite and/or zeolite and producing method thereof

PURPOSE: A plastic containing calcite and/or zeolite microfine powders is provided for utilizing it to package farm products and to remove agricultural chemicals residues in the products during delivering/storing the products after packaging by adding the calcite and/or zeolite components to the plastic material. CONSTITUTION: The plastic comprises 80-99 wt.% of the main plastic material such as themo-plastic or thermosetting resin, natural resin and/or semi-synthesized resin,; and additionally 1-20 wt.% of either calcite or zeolite microfine powders. Alternately, The plastic comprises 80-99 wt.% of the main plastic material; and 0.5-10 wt.% of the calcite powders and 0.5-10 wt.% of the zeolite powders. Both of the calcite and zeolite powders preferably have a particle size ranged of 200-750 in mesh size. The plastic forms a molded product useable as food package, medically or industrially available boxes, bags or films, kitchen utensils such as spoon and chopstick, water PET bottles and/or internal molding material of refrigerator and so on. 본 발명은 방해석 및/또는 비석(zeolite)의 미분을 함유하도록 제조된 플라스틱 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의해서 플라스틱 원료에 방해석 미분, 비석 미분, 및 방해석 미분과 비석 미분의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 첨가하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱이 제공되며, 그에 따라 방해석 및/또는 비석의 미분이 함유된 플라스틱을 농산물 등의 포장에 이용함으로써 농산물의 잔류농약과 같은 유해물질을 제거시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
