HIGH EFFICIENCY HEATING AND COOLING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR COOLING AND HEATING THEREBY

PURPOSE: Device and method for cooling and heating with high efficiency are provided to normally operate by changing pressure and temperature of refrigerant circulated in cooling/heating. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor device(A) comprises a fist stage high pressure expansion valve(D1) changing liquid refrigerant of mesothermal temperature and high pressure into a liquid refrigerant of low temperature and low pressure; a second stage low pressure expansion valve(D2); and an outdoor heat exchanger(A) changing the refrigerant into liquid or gas with latent heat absorbed or discharged by evaporating or condensing the refrigerant; and a compressor(B) converting the refrigerant gas passed through the outdoor heat exchanger into gas of the high pressure and temperature by compressing the refrigerant gas. An indoor device is composed of an indoor heat exchanger(C) supplying or removing the latent heat by evaporating or condensing the carried refrigerant from the second stage lower pressure expansion valve and the compressor. A refrigerant pipe is processed with an electric wire and an electric heating. Moreover, a high efficiency cooling and heating device is composed of a gas refrigerant by-pass pipe of the high pressure and temperature through out the compressor.
