DEVICE FOR DETERMINING PRESS PRESSURE BY JOINTLY USING LOAD CELL AND LINEAR GAUGE

PURPOSE: A press pressure determining device by jointly using a load cell and a linear gauge is provided to simultaneously check a coupling depth and a coupling pressure when a bearing is coupled with a spindle by a press by using both of the load cell and the linear gauge, thereby reducing the inferiority in the coupling of the bearing. CONSTITUTION: A press pressure determining device by jointly using a load cell and a linear gauge includes a coupling depth detecting unit for checking a coupling length of a bearing(2) with a main board of a press(10) and a coupling pressure detecting unit for checking a coupling pressure between the bearing and the main board, wherein the coupling depth detecting unit has a linear gauge(30) fixed at a side of the press board and a depth detecting plate(40) for moving vertically according to the movement of a pressing rod(4) to detect a coupling depth by pushing a head part(31) of the gauge, and the pressing rod is mounted with a hydraulic cylinder(20) for providing an oil pressure to the pressing rod and a load cell(3) for sensing a pressure applied to the bearing.
