WOBBLE PLATE STOPPER FOR VARIABLE CAPACITY WOBBLE PLATE COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A wobble plate stopper for variable capacity wobble plate compressor is provided to prevent the wobble plate stopper from escaping from the rotation shaft and maintain balance of force through the uniform contact with the wobble plate. CONSTITUTION: A wobble plate compressor comprises a housing disposed in front and rear of a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder bores; a driving shaft(8) having a rotor coupled to be rotatable to the housing and cylinder block; a wobble plate connected to the rotor and which has an angle of inclination changing in accordance with the pressure change of the crank chamber; a piston which reciprocates by the rotation of the wobble plate so as to compress and suck the refrigerant in the cylinder bore; and a stopper for restricting the minimum angle of inclination of the wobble plate. The driving shaft has a penetrating hole(8a) formed in the direction perpendicular to the driving shaft, and a rod-shaped retainer pin(16) is compulsorily inserted into the penetrating hole. The retainer pin has both ends protruded from the outer periphery of the driving shaft.
