APPARATUS FOR REMOVING CONGEALED SALT OF BRIDLE ROLLS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing congealed salt of bridle rolls is provided to improve the working efficiency by easily and certainly removing congealed salt. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing congealed salt of bridle rolls(12,14) includes first and second movable blocks(24,26) installed to advance and retreat between the bridle rolls, first and second fixed blocks(32,34) fixing and maintaining advance state of the movable blocks, and first and second salt removing blades mounted at each movable block for passing a pretreatment progress and removing the congealed salt adhered to the surface of the bridle rolls, wherein a plurality of air nozzles are installed at the movable block for jetting the air at the predetermined angle, and an induce plate installed at the lower part of the salt removing blade for inducing the congealed salt so that the removed congealed salt is discharged to the outside of the bridle rolls by the air jetted from the air nozzles.
